Operating on high power (up to 4000W), the Milestone Super is effective on large and small surface areas. Its two work modes: sliding and stamping, make it possible to work with both high repetition and high energies along a very short pulse duration. Shorter pulse duration will bring  a better treatment result, especially when it's lower than the Thermal Relaxation Time(TRT), the treatment can be very comfortable with very high energy. This makes a huge difference against the rest of the devices in the market in terms of technology and results. It's one of the fastest, safest, most powerful and effective deices in the filed.

Large Spot 

Larger spot size appears to be more effective for laser hair removal treatments because they are able to penetrate more deeply into the skin and target more pigmentation and melanin in hair follicles.

Multiple studies and articles have examined the role of spot size in hair removal treatments and results showed that the use of a larger spot size almost always improved the delay of hair growth. Furthermore, results after using a larger spot size showed longer-lasting hair reduction results many months after a patient’s final treatment session.

Additionally, most laser hair removal treatments are performed on larger body parts (i.e. lower legs, upper legs, back, etc.). Having a larger spot size can make a significant difference in treatment times. A 2 cm2 spot size in comparison to a 1cm2 spot size will allow you to treat patients more quickly, reduce downtime between treatments, and schedule more patients in a day.

VCSEL is short for Vertical cavity surface emitting laser diode, with a big surface for emitting and heat spreading, it can burden temperature over 85℃. Thus it's quite stable.
