Mechanical Engineer
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in mold, mechanical design and automation;
2. Proficient in using two-dimensional engineering drawing software (CAD), able to master a 3D drawing software (Pro/E, Creo, etc.), and proficient in using office software;
3. Familiar with machining, sheet metal part design, prototype making and welding process, understand mold structure and injection molding process and trial assembly acceptance, understand metal surface treatment process, understand the characteristics and processing technology of common engineering plastics, and have strong communication skills;
4. More than 2 years experience in mechanical structure, injection molding structure design and production tooling design;
5. At least one project or more experience in equipment including machined parts and injection molded parts;
6. Have innovative ideas, good independent thinking, strong original design and development ability and hands-on ability, and a strong sense of responsibility;
7. Experience in mechanical equipment design, bevel gear transmission experience and finite element analysis experience is preferred.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Participate in the review of the design scheme, and be responsible for the drawing and standardization of three-dimensional, processing, welding and other related drawings;
2. Trial assembly, commissioning, acceptance and review of samples, archiving, mass production and related technical support of 3D and 2D related drawings and documents;
3. Review the injection mold with the outsourcing factory, and seal the sample of the injection mold;
4. Responsible for the technical support of existing products;
5. Relevant product design, process changes, preparation of product material BOM and material procurement technical requirements, product related process document maintenance and other related technical support.
