After-sales Service Engineer

Job Responsibilities

1. Responsible for providing technical support and training for overseas customers, agents, technicians and international sales market personnel,
and writing training materials;
2. Responsible for providing product maintenance for overseas products, handling customer complaints, and feedback on quality issues;
3. Responsible for providing after-sales service for overseas products, tracking the delivery of repair parts, and handling maintenance matters;
4. Regular customer return visits, establish customer files, and archive regularly;
5. Assist the superior to improve and perfect the customer service system and process, and cooperate with the sales to do a good job in the
overseas promotion of the product.
Qualifications:
1. Educational requirements: Master degree or above, major in machinery, electronics, international trade, etc.;
2. Experience requirements: more than one year of work experience, experience in after-sales of medical devices is preferred
3. Language requirements: college English level 4 or above, good listening, speaking, reading and writing, can be used as a working language,
barrier-free communication;
4. Quality requirements
1) Have a good sense of customer service and can properly handle customer relations;
2) Have good communication and coordination skills and teamwork spirit;
3) Can adapt to irregular business trips.
