International After-Sales Specialist
Description
1. College degree or above.
2. Major in English, major in electronic technology, CET-4 or above; Strong listening, speaking, reading and writing skills in English and other professional languages.
3. Have good communication skills, serious and meticulous.
4. Excellent communication and coordination skills, persuasiveness and influence; Self-motivation and self-direction skills.
5. Be familiar with the knowledge of international business public relations etiquette and apply it to practical work.
6. Have the ability to master the actual operation, fault judgment and simple maintenance of the instrument.
7. Able to work under pressure, good sense of customer service and integrity.
Job Responsibilities
1. Responsible for completing the monthly, quarterly and annual customer operation tasks assigned by the after-sales supervisor.
2. Responsible for the reception, sorting and conversion of after-sales tasks of customer service, distribution, tracking, as well as the sorting, storage and summary of relevant information.
3. Responsible for the sales of accessories to ensure the completion of the sales task of accessories.
4. Responsible for communicating with customers about door-to-door service fees, maintenance fees and other related quotation issues arising in the process of after-sales service.
5. Responsible for answering customer calls and conducting telephone return visits, collecting, feedback and tracking product problems, so as to achieve a 100% satisfaction rate for customer complaint handling and a 100% return visit rate for customer complaints; In the process of customer complaints, timely feedback to customers and establish relevant accounts.
6. The after-sales commissioner receives the goods sent back by the customer and registers them in a timely manner, forms the "continuous record ledger of customer property receipt and delivery", and gives the registered ledger to the after-sales customer service before 18:00 every day to register it as an electronic version.
7. Responsible for assisting the after-sales manager to summarize the sales skills, each instrument and accessories and record them in detail.
8. Responsible for assisting the after-sales supervisor to count and sort out the maintenance information, summarize the number of common faults of each instrument, find out the cause of the problem and make suggestions to the corresponding departments, and track the improvement results.
