Job Responsibilities

1. Responsible for the application and development of sorting equipment product structure, mechanical design, technical support and guidance for installation and commissioning.

2. Responsible for the design of production fixtures, the formulation of production process and the application of new processes and new materials.

3. Responsible for and implement product structure optimization, process improvement, and product standardization;

4. Responsible for internal and external technical communication, product acceptance, and collection of technical data;

5. Participate in the trial production tracking, assembly and debugging of products and batch conversion;

6. Solve technical problems in the process of product production, assembly and commissioning;

Qualifications

1. Major in mechanical design automation, more than 5 years of work experience;

2. More than 2 years of experience in non-standard automation equipment design;

3. Strong sense of teamwork, able to bear hardships and stand hard work;

4. Good language expression, communication and coordination skills; Able to undertake product design tasks independently, able to work under pressure, conscientious, down-to-earth, and enterprising.

5. Proficient in the principle of mechanical structure action, familiar with the principle and basic process of automatic control;

6. Be able to understand mechanical and electrical installation drawings, and provide technical guidance for the installation and commissioning process;

7. Proficient in various 3D design software.
