Industrial Design Engineer

Job information

1. Responsible for the definition and design of the appearance of the company's instrument products;

2. Responsible for the design of the shape, appearance and structural function innovation of the company's instrument products;

3. Assist R&D personnel to realize the structural design and iterative update of the shell of the company's products;

4. Lead the production coordination of prototypes at all stages of products, and participate in the integration, debugging, testing and reliability verification of prototypes;

5. According to the producibility of hardware products, design the appearance of the product shell to meet the mass production;

6. Follow up the related matters in the production of molds for product shells and solve technical problems in the mass production and manufacturing of shells;

7. Other work arranged by the leader.


Qualifications

1. Bachelor degree or above in mechanical or industrial design; More than three years of experience in the design of beauty equipment products;

2. Familiar with the product development process, have a certain understanding of product structure, materials and processes;

3. Have a solid foundation in product modeling and design, and have a certain ability to innovate in appearance design;

4. Docking with structural engineers to complete new product development;

6. Have certain knowledge of molds, materials and surface treatment processes;

7. Proficient in using 3D design software such as Rhino, Creo, Keyshot, Ai, PS and other 2D design software;

8. Familiar with the structural design of plastics and hardware, able to cooperate with structural engineers to develop and understand the production process of mold opening and shell, and experience in industrial product design is preferred;

9. Understand the design of product structure, the use of materials and the design of product appearance renderings in an independent closed-loop manner;
